Emily Mull

Hi! I'm so excited to work with you!
My name is Emily Mull, and I've been leading group fitness classes since 2000. My fitness journey began as an enthusiastic participant, taking aerobics, weight training, Jazzercise, swimming, and Tai Chi. At age 30, I discovered boxing, which sparked a new passion. I soon transitioned from student to coach, leading boxing and fitness classes at the gym. Later, I found Krav Maga Worldwide, completed my Level 1 training, and became a Level 1 instructor while continuing on to Level 2.
Eventually, I embraced a softer side by exploring yoga and pilates. In 2018, I completed Teacher Training at CorePower Yoga and began teaching C1 classes, later adding Yoga Sculpt. Most recently, I became certified to teach Strength X, a new CorePower format focused exclusively on weight training.
While I’m still a dedicated workout enthusiast, my focus has shifted toward movement and functional fitness. I value exercises that help us perform everyday activities, like stepping up to a curb or standing up from the ground. I encourage resistance training not just for strength, but also for maintaining muscle mass as we age. My classes are challenging, but I always provide supportive options so everyone feels welcome.
I truly love empowering others on their fitness journeys and seeing students encourage each other and celebrate progress. No matter where you’re starting, there’s a place for you in my classes, and I’m excited to support each of you in reaching your fitness goals. I can’t wait to move, sweat, and grow stronger together!
