Dance and Fitness
A 5 minute drive from the I-15 in Poway will take you to LDI where we offer dance and fitness classes for all ages; a place where everyone can explore the benefits of movement. Come as you are and train with experienced professionals who are passionate about teaching students of all ages and abilities.
What to wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in.
What to bring?
A water bottle and your own yoga mat (if applicable)
How much does it cost?
The monthly membership of $80 a month allows you to experience all of our classes up to 6 classes each week. The drop in rate is $20 for an hour class and $25 for 1.5 hour classes.
How do I sign up?
Sign the waiver jackrabbit link and then choose the drop in rate or membership. (Memberships are not transferable to another person or another month and can be canceled only with written notice prior to the 1st of the month.)
