Ballet 1/2(AGES 7 and UP)

Ballet 3 
Intermediate 
Advanced

Ballet 1/2 

                                                                             

TUESDAY 4:00-5:00pm (TL)

WEDNESDAY 5:00-6:00pm(TL)

SATURDAY 9:00-10:00 am (AD)

 

  • Ages 7 and up

  • Feet strengthening exercises and stretches to warm up

  • Barre work with a focus on proper technique and alignment

  • Center work working on musicality, and expansive movement in space 

  • Have some experience in ballet

  • Theraband for warm up exercises

  • Barre work

  • Focus on proper technique and alignment

  • Musicality, coordination, and dynamic movement

  • Recommended twice a week

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ballet 4

                                                                             MONDAY 4:00-5:30pm (AD)

THURSDAY 4:00-5:30pm(TL)

     POINTE 5:30-6:30pm (AD)

SATURDAY 11:00-12:30am (AD)

 

Ballet 4 Variations 

Saturday 12:30-1:30pm (AD)

 

  • Have at least three years of ballet training

  • Theraband and yoga mat required for warmup exercises focus on flexibility

  • Barrework

  • Continue to build strength in ankles and feet in preparation for pointe

  • Concentration on proper technique and alignment

  • Musicality, coordination, and dynamic movement

  • Centerwork

  • Learn to dance with body directions and to coordinate arms and legs

 

 

Advanced/Intermediate

                                                                             MONDAY 5:30-7:00pm (AD)

TUESDAY 5:30-7:00pm(TL))  

   POINTE 7:00-8:00 (AD)

THURSDAY 6:30-8:30pm (KB) w/ Variations

 FRIDAY 4:00-5:30pm (TL)

SATURDAY 11:30-1:00pm (TL)

  PAS DE DEUX/VARIATIONS 1:00-2:00pm (TL/AD)

 

  • Students are placed in this level by Mr. and Mrs. Lynch

  • Theraband and yoga mat required

  • Learn more advanced ballet skills through repetition and gaining strength

  • Firm understanding and execution of their technique

  • Build strength and confidence in these classes

  • Advanced students will take their technique classes on pointe in addition to their pointe classes

  • Intermediate students may take some of their technique classes on pointe in addition to their pointe classes

 

 

Ballet 3

FRIDAY  5:30-7:00pm (AD)

   PREPOINTE 7:00-7:45pm (AD)

SATURDAY 10:00-11:30am (TL)

  • Have at least two years of ballet training
