In her class, she strives to push her students far beyond their limits. Her challenging teaching methods, and care for her students helped me find my voice in my movement. Mrs. Lynch pushed me to explore dance with my body rather than my mind. During my time with Alex Lynch, I developed a new love for dance, and a professional teacher-student mentorship.
