From the children to the oldest dancers, each showed the rigor of practice. From arch to arm and finger positioning, everyone had a goal. Unlike a formal company that would vet the group and allow only company and Professional division dancers opportunity, you coaxed everything from each dancer, whether or not they could someday go on to a professional level. You both embraced all that desire to have each dancer perform at their best. You accomplished with your group what a full company does!
